Kirk is a financial planner, investment advisor representative, and wealth manager. He is responsible for creating, implementing, and reviewing client’s custom financial plans. As an independent financial planner, Kirk provides objective recommendations to his clients and adheres to the higher fiduciary standard, which requires investment advisors to always put a client’s interest above their own.
Kirk's focus is on holistic financial planning and wealth distribution strategies for high net worth and potential high net worth individuals. Building long term professional relationships with his clients is a high priority, as is limiting his client base so that there is a high level of personal communication and attention paid to each client. Kirk believes in a team approach, utilizing the expertise and specializations of other advisors at SFC to build the best plans for his clients. Above all, as a wealth manager, Kirk's focus is on the growth and protection of his client’s assets and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Kirk received his bachelor's and Masters Degrees from Texas State University. He started his career in the financial services industry in 2008. Kirk then got a once in a lifetime opportunity to move to Southern California and live on the beach with his two brothers. During this time he taught at Coastline Community College. He then moved back to Texas and taught at Texas State University for three years before returning to the financial services industry.
In his spare time Kirk enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, riding his bike, running, and working out. He is a sports enthusiast and loves college sports. Kirk also enjoys traveling and his favorite spots are Hawaii and the U.S Virgin Islands.
Kirk holds his Series 65 and Group 1, General Lines Agent licenses.
