Wayne N. Schwartz is the owner of CAPITAL RETIREMENT PLANNING GROUP, a firm specializing in investment management for retirement plans, business owners, and high net worth individuals.

With 46 years of advanced financial planning experience, Wayne is familiar with the
dynamics of capital formation within a business, as an inheritance, and in general
investing for reliable income in retirement.
Wayne’s own business experiences, including assignments in London, England and
Wiesbaden, Germany, combine to enhance the advice afforded all clients.

Mr. Schwartz is a 1974 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of
Architecture 1975 and Master Degree in Technical Education. He started his insurance
and investment planning career in the “financial district” of San Francisco, California with the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. in 1976. From 1983 to 1992, Mr. Schwartz was the vice president and general partner of DMI Financial Group, an insurance planning and real estate firm. He relocated from San Francisco to Austin, Texas in 1991, and has been an independent financial advisor since 1994. He received his Registered Financial Consultant certification in 1996 and Investment Advisor
Representative Status in 2004. In 2011 Wayne received recognition as a Five Star Wealth Manager for Central Texas by Five Star Professional Research and was published in the September issue of Texas Monthly magazine.

Wayne has been married to his wife, Lilia, since 1983. Together, they have raised two
beautiful daughters. Both graduates of the University of Texas, married and with
children of their own. They continue to
pursue their careers. Wayne is an avid reader,
gardener and enjoys traveling with his family. Generally, you will find him talking to
someone about state and worldly affairs, both politically and financially on a daily basis.
